Quick Recipe:

  • 2 whole Seabass
  • Half a lemon
  • Parsley (2 tsp)
  • Salt & Pepper (1/2 tsp each)
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • Butter (2 tsp)
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 peppers
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 courgette

Marinade the fish with parsley, salt, pepper, and splash of lemon juice.

Prep and chop up your veg and garlic cloves, leave in a dish.

Place the fish on top of the veg, and put a teaspoon of butter on top of each portion of fish. Put the dish in the oven for up to 30 minutes, at 200 degrees.

*By placing the fish on top of the veg it should allow the veg to soak up the fishy oil which will leave a great taste for later.

To accompany the fish you could cook up some baby potatoes, put them to boil once the fish is in the oven and they should be ready to go as soon as your fish is ready.

Prawns & Fried Rice

Quick Recipe

  • 150g Prawns
  • 300g Basmati Rice
  • 2 Onions
  • Ready made stir fry veg
  • Soy sauce (5tps)
  • Paprika (1/2 tps)
  • Salt (1/2tps)
  • Pepper (1/2tps)
  • olive oil (5tps)

First place rice in the rice cooker with 400g of boiled water and leave to cook.

While the rice Is cooking prep all the veg (chop the onions too) that will be placed in the stir fry with the rice later.

Once the rice is cooked, put the olive oil in the pan (on highest heat) , once heated add the prawns and stir fry veg to fry for 5 minutes.

Now add the rice along with the soy sauce, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix up and fry for another 5-10 minutes.

Wait to cool & eat!
